I help couples slow down long enough to actually see each other again. So much conflict isn't about the surface argument, it's about old attachment wounds getting triggered, nervous systems going into fight-or-flight, and the same painful patterns replaying on a loop. My work is about interrupting that cycle: helping partners understand their attachment styles, reattune their nervous systems to each other instead of against each other, and gently explore, and break, the patterns keeping them stuck.

Trained in the Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, I blend evidence-based couples work with EMDR, IFS/parts work, somatic practices, and Imago Dialogue, so we're addressing both the relationship dynamic and what each partner brings into the room individually. I work with couples navigating disconnection, trust repair, high-conflict communication, and major life transitions, including consensually non-monogamous relationships.
