About
With warmth and open-mindedness, I help partners cultivate a deeper sense of closeness, understanding, and trust so that their relationship feels secure and supportive. With this secure foundation, each person’s needs and desires can be freely expressed and met with genuine interest and love. As a result, not only does the relationship thrive, but partners feels empowered to pursue their own goals and dreams, leading to greater fulfillment both individually and together.
My work is informed by the Gottman Method and other approaches that recognize how early childhood experiences can echo throughout our lives. While our primary focus is on the present dynamics within the relationship, we also take time to explore each partner’s personal history. By sharing what it was like to grow up and reflecting on formative experiences, partners can better understand one another, release the hold of the past, and co-create a relationship that feels truly their own.
