Elizabeth is available in Adelaide (Australia) and is pleased to offer telehealth for couples.

I am passionate Gottman Method Couples Counselling and helping couples build relationships that bring out their best qualities.

I love helping couples reconnect and rebuild, especially when the pain of disappointment feels overwhelming. Over the years, I’ve successfully guided couples through some of the most difficult challenges—infidelity, the loss of fondness and intimacy, parenting challenges, coping with the ache of an empty nest, and rediscovering each other in different chapters of life. I also support couples navigating bereavement and cultural differences in relationships.

I specialise in working with couples who are in business—together or separately—helping them keep business out of the bedroom and home stresses out of the boardroom.

My work is about giving couples the skills and confidence to repair, restore, and create relationships that thrive through every season of life.

I know personally the pain of relationship breakdown, deep grief, and the challenges that come with divided families. Living with a spinal cord injury for more than a decade has also taught me resilience—the strength to overcome what feels impossible—and the ability to find daily joy and inspiration.

These experiences shape the empathy, hope, and practical strategies I bring to my work with couples and families.

With Gottman tools and strategies at hand, saving marriages has become a regular joy in my work.
