I work with couples who struggle with communication, feel alone in their relationship, and are ready to rebuild their trust and friendship. I am passionate about helping couples improve their connection and intimacy, heal from past hurts, and manage conflict constructively. I work collaboratively to ensure couples develop the skills necessary to enjoy a more resilient and satisfying relationship.

I provide online couples therapy for clients living in New York and California. My approach is relational, warm, genuine, compassionate, and direct.

I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for people who identify as LGBTQ+, poly, non-monogamous and kink to explore their concerns within the context of their lifestyle.
