About
I specialize in working with millennial and modern couples and individuals who grapple with a range of stressors. Whether it's the weight of prolonged higher education, financial difficulties stemming from student debt or career transitions, the delay of significant life milestones (like buying a house, getting married, or starting a family), or the unsettling shadows of infidelity and insecurity in the realm of social media.
I also work with families to navigate the challenges of parenting while maintaining a strong couple relationship, and support parents in managing conflict to build healthier communication with their teen and adult children. I’ll help your family create more connection, understanding, and balance.
Additionally, I have advanced training in sex and sexology, which allows me to provide support to clients struggling with their sexual well-being.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative, using real-life tools for lasting change.
