Welcome! My name is Erica and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #119278) in the state of California and National Certified Counselor (NCC #819199). I founded Sweetbriar Therapy to help couples and adults navigate relationship issues, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and to build healthy boundaries. I have completed Level 2 Clinical Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have provided couples with necessary skills to overcome a wide variety of issues. I believe in an individualized, strength-based approach where we work together to address your concerns in a warm, non-judgmental environment.
