What makes me different from other couples therapists?

I integrate two of the most evidence-based approaches in couples therapy: the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Gottman gives us a research-based assessment and concrete tools to build communication, friendship, and repair. EFT brings depth by helping you access the primary emotions and attachment needs underneath your patterns, so you experience genuine reconnection, not just better skills.

After our assessment, I share personalized feedback on your strengths and growth areas, collaborating with you on goals and a plan. You'll know exactly what we're working on and why.

Our early sessions are tailored to what your relationship needs most right now. You'll leave with specific tools to use between visits, so your progress is continual.
