I'm an O'ahu-based therapist. I offer online therapy in Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, and Washington. I’m passionate about helping couples repair and rebuild their relationship. In therapy we can identify and reduce patterns of disconnection and restore patterns of connection. Improved understanding and communication, deeper friendships, and greater intimacy are common goals for couples therapy.
My approach is trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based interventions – specifically the Gottman Method and mindfulness – that meet my clients right where they are.
