About

I'm an O'ahu-based therapist. I offer online therapy in Hawaii, Massachusetts, and Washington. My specialty is working with couples in distress. I’m passionate about helping couples repair and rebuild their relationship. In therapy we can identify and reduce patterns of disconnection and restore patterns of connection. Improved understanding and communication, deeper friendships, and greater intimacy are common goals for couples therapy.

My approach is trauma-informed and eclectic, drawing from evidence-based interventions – specifically the Gottman Method and mindfulness – that meet my clients right where they are.

Special populations

I additionally work with survivors of sexual abuse and athletes aiming to improve performance.
