I take a collaborative, skills-based approach to couples therapy. We will formulate clear goals for therapy, such as managing conflict and increasing communication skills. I have completed the following trainings through the Gottman Institute:

Level 1, 2 & 3 Clinical training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy; Treating Affairs and Trauma; Couples and Addiction Recovery.

I have worked with couples grappling with issues such as the aftermath of an affair, couples who are struggling with parenthood and the affect on the marriage, couples struggling with in-law relationships, couples who feel disconnected and lonely in their marriage.

I also provide premarital counseling for couples who want to learn Gottman therapy skills to strengthen their marriage from day 1.
