About

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience, I look at the social and emotional aspects of issues, alongside logistical and physical issues. From depression, anxiety, general stress, relationship concerns to family dynamics, suicide ideation, work issues, and more, I am confident my approach towards mental health can assist you.

I have gained experience by working at three esteemed psychiatric hospitals, a substance abuse IOP, a children’s focused mental health program, and Houston’s own Harris Center of Mental Health and IDD.

I’ve learned techniques of CBT, DBT, and Gottman Couples Method Therapy. A focus on communication, social-emotional aspects, and reality-based problem solving leads my clients to achieve skill development and insights to benefit themselves.

You can expect the beginning sessions to be structured and organized. We will discuss issues that are real and meaningful to you. I also give meaningful and actionable responses to demonstrate I hear you.

On a personal note, pet father, PC gamer, EDM Shuffler, and Poker Fish are some of my personal labels. These partially define me but are a whole of who I am.
