I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-- Supervisor in Texas, proud to be a Certified Gottman Therapist!

I fully believe in the Gottman Method and the power of a healthy relationship. My values as a Christian, brough up in the Lutheran background, allow me to empathize but also guide while being unbiased. Additionally, my education in Psychology, Statistics, and Social Work allow me to be effective and target the root of the issues of relationship and other mental health issues.

What you can expect from me!

I engage in Gottman Method as designed, beginning with comprehensive assessment, joint & individual session, a feedback session that reviews your relationship/counseling needs and overlays it on the science & research from John & Julie Gottman.

From there, each session will be have target goals, such as learning the patterns of relationship ruin and their antidotes, having meaningful conversations on topics identified in assessment, and using communication patterns and interventions that help the couple heal and grow from wounds by understanding each other more.

I offer services as weekly sessions or intensive marathon sessions!
