I help high-achieving, service-driven couples heal after conflict, betrayal, or long-standing emotional disconnection.

Many of the couples I work with are strong everywhere else; careers, caregiving, leadership. But, feel stuck when it comes to emotional connection and communication. Sometimes it’s not one big rupture, but years of small missed moments. Sometimes it's a sudden rupture. Either way, the distance between you can feel confusing and painful.

Using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help you recognize destructive patterns, increase emotional safety, and rebuild connection that lasts. I also integrate EMDR therapy to support trauma healing when past experiences are showing up in present-day dynamics.

With a Doctorate from Tulane University and more than a decade of experience including time as a VA case manager, active-duty counselor in the Navy, and clinician with the Army I bring both clinical depth and cultural understanding when working with military couples, first responders, and professionals who are used to being the strong ones.

I offer weekly online sessions across FL, MD, NC, SC, and TN. And for couples looking for deeper work, I also offer Couples Therapy Intensives, structured to help you gain clarity, skills, and movement in less time.
