About

As an AASECT certified sex therapist, as well as having training in the Gottman model, I feel uniquely qualified to help couples, especially if sex is one of the issues in your relationship. My goal is to help you have the relationship you long for. I believe in the importance of healthy and happy relationships, and although every relationship has its ups and downs, with the right help and guidance you can learn to weather the storms and create more peace and happiness. Intimacy, all kinds of intimacy, is a focus of treatment. As Beth Darling says in her book, The Five Kinds of Intimacy: How to Keep Your Love Alive, “Intimacy provides the substance love needs to survive and thrive.” Addressing needs in all the areas of intimacy can elevate any relationship, and take it from good to amazing!
I can teach you the skills you need to address the difficulties that all relationships face and provide you the support and guidance you need as you learn these new skills and incorporate them. There is no such thing as a perfect relationship, but I am confident that I can help your relationship become a better and happier one!
I provide telehealth only. I offer a free, 15 minute consultation where we meet online, you can see how it feels and ask questions. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is essential to successful treatment, so it’s an opportunity to meet before making a commitment to work together. I highly recommend it and I look forward to meeting you!
