About
For over 30 years, I have worked in a variety of areas in the counseling field.
Since discovering the Gottman Method, couples' work has become my passion. On March I, 2017, I became the first Certified Gottman Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
I believe that humor is mandatory; if you can't laugh at yourself (and each others to do the same) you cannot have happy relationships. Humor heals our souls and repairs relationships.
Each person is the expert on their own self and each person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect as they navigate their life's journey. I am honored to go along for the ride.
My practice is called GJB Health Services. It is a private group practice that started 14 years ago. I provide both in office and video sessions.
