About
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional to serve the DC, MD, and VA areas, and with PsyPact credentials to provide telepsychology in 23 other states, specializing in relationship work. I take an interpersonal approach to promote mental health and sustainable, fulfilling relationships for my clients. I am trained in Gottman's Method for couples, the Prepare-Enrich assessment, as well as DBT and EMDR theories for individuals struggling with trauma. I have extensive experience working with pre-marital couples, blended families and addressing concerns of betrayal, infidelity, and reproductive/fertility struggles.
Several of my clients are in the helping profession as psychotherapists, first responding medical doctors, and EMT personnel. I also work closely with our local Firefighters in Virginia to address mental health and trauma.
