I help people apply the Gottman's research to their relationship to understand what’s holding them back from living a good life by making meaning of their conflicts, emotions and past. Ill help you get to the bottom of what brings you to therapy to give you the most relief in your love, work and play as soon as possible.

I am engaged, honest and collaborative in sessions; I am silent when I need to be but not passive. I believe therapy needs to be helpful and efficient, leading to you living your life outside and without therapy. I will work with you to understand what’s going on and then we create goals together as well as a loose timeline on how often I think we need to meet, to make your goals happen.
