I help people apply researched best practices to their relationship to understand what’s holding them back from living a good life by making meaning of their conflicts, emotions and past. I help you get to the bottom of what brings you to therapy to give you the most relief in your love, work and play as soon as possible.

I am engaged, honest and collaborative in sessions; I am silent when I need to be but not passive. I believe therapy needs to be helpful and efficient, leading to you living your life outside and without therapy. I will work with you to understand what’s going on and then we create goals together as well as a loose timeline on how often I think we need to meet, to make your goals happen.
