Choosing a marriage counselor is an important decision for any couple, so I am glad you clicked on my profile. I am a marriage and family counselor specializing in Gottman Method couples counseling and have been in practice for over 22 years. I have found the Gottman method to be so powerful in helping couples to transform their marriages from misery to contentment, from loneliness to connection, from strife to thriving.

Additionally, I work with individuals from age 10, teens and adults. I do parent consultation enjoy helping parents to improve their relationships with their children and teens, and to just feel confident again as parents. Personally, I have been married for 32 years and have children and grandchildren. I advocate for strong marriages and help couples to have an optimistic view of family life.
