I take a collaborative and strength-based approach to counseling, where I seek first to understand your unique challenges, strengths, and goals, and then work with you to build greater health, resilience, and joy in your life.
My practice is predominately focused on working with couples to create a robust foundation of love, health, and connection. Specifically, I am passionate about working with premarital and newlywed couples, and helping you take an already “good” relationship to the next level. I believe in the power of proactive and preventative measures to ensure that your relationship not only stays good over time, but becomes enriched as you continue to grow and evolve in ways that cultivate deeper levels of connection and meaning. I also enjoy working with individuals who have previously done some work around personal insight, and who are ready to take the quality of their life to the next level.
I find that for many individuals and couples, it’s often more effective to enhance your relationship and life by not only talking about it, but by actually experiencing it. In addition to talk-based therapy, I integrate my background in ecopsychology, art therapy, and wilderness guiding to offer a variety of experiential retreats and services to help you experience meaningful connection and growth.
