Maybe there is distance, tension, or a sense that something important has not been said yet emotionally, relationally, or intimately.

Hi, I am Hannah Wood-Kraft. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Certified Sex Therapist, supervised by Sonya Jensen LMFT-S Certified Gottman Therapist. I work with couples who want to better understand what is happening between them and build relationships that feel more secure, intentional, and connected.

My work is informed by Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2, which provides a strong research-based foundation for understanding conflict, emotional safety, repair, and connection. At the same time, I approach couples therapy as a deeply human process. We look not only at how you argue, but how you turn toward one another, how trust is built or eroded, and how emotional closeness changes over time.

As a Certified Sex Therapist, I integrate conversations about intimacy, desire, and sexuality when they matter, which is often, without making them the sole focus unless that is what you are seeking. I welcome all identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous partnerships, and I work with couples navigating disconnection, gridlock, or major life transitions.

Therapy is a place to slow things down, understand the patterns shaping your relationship, and build new ways of responding that support connection and emotional safety.
