I am a licensed mental health therapist with nearly three decades of experience working with couples across a range of relational challenges. I specialize in supporting engaged couples, high-conflict relationships, and couples navigating parenting stressors or external pressures. I also have extensive experience helping couples process and recover from infidelity.
My work focuses on improving communication, strengthening emotional connection, and increasing intimacy. I help couples identify and shift unhelpful interaction patterns, establish healthy boundaries, and learn to prioritize their relationship. Through evidence-based interventions, I support partners in building more secure, respectful, and fulfilling connections. I offer extended sessions for couples, allowing additional time for both partners to fully share and process their thoughts and emotions.
