Every day I go to work, it is like walking into a library and pulling a new book off of the shelf. No two people are alike, and no partnership is crafted or lived the same way. I am honored people confide their stories in me and cooperate with me utilizing that knowledge to help them heal and strengthen their relationships. I believe each partnership is unique and requires curiosity, kindness, insight, and direct-no nonsense intervention.

My passion for couples therapy emerged in graduate school through the mentorship of John Gottman, PhD, in my dissertation examined the physiology of emotion and its link to marital satisfaction. Although I have worked with adolescents and individuals in my career, over the last decade, I have worked exclusively in partnered/couples therapy, helping partners rebuild trust, improve communication, and foster sexual connection.

I practice with a concierge model offering clients exceptional access and care, offering appointments within 72 hours of request and flexible scheduling from 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week. Services include comprehensive relationship assessment, intensive intervention (up to 18 hours in three consecutive days), and follow-up sessions as needed to solidify new habits and maintain gains made in therapy.

Services are available via telehealth in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, and all current PSYPACT states. For clients preferring in-person sessions, I welcome you to my Centennial, Colorado office or, if preferred, I am happy to travel to you (travel expenses are charged at cost, with full details provided in my informed consent).

I believe being deeply connected to another person is one of life’s most meaningful experiences.
