In my work with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method, which has over 40+ years of science behind it. It is an evidence-based treatment that is aimed at helping couples strengthen their underlying friendship; develop conflict management skills; and create shared meaning. In addition, I rely on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a way to help couples move towards psychological flexibility while promoting valued living.
I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. I am authorized to provide telehealth services to residents of the following 30+ states:
