Irene specializes in both individual and relationship therapy. She treats highly sensitive individuals, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. In relationship counseling, Irene treats many different issues, from betrayal trauma, to basic communication, to couples exploring ethical non-monogamy. She also treats couples who are questioning their relationship path. Irene encourages clients to own their struggles and be truly authentic, whatever their stage in life. She helps clients process negative patterns and change limiting beliefs, stop cycles of disconnection, heal emotional wounds, and adopt effective communication and secure attachment behaviors. Irene provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn tools to deal with difficult or uncomfortable emotions. She uses humor, compassion, humility, and straightforward, research-driven feedback to support clients on path towards healing. Irene can work with therapy clients in Utah or Nevada, and can provide life and relationship coaching available anywhere there’s internet.
