Her work focuses on helping clients who feel stuck in recurring patterns—whether that involves intense emotional reactivity, communication breakdown, betrayal, or ongoing disconnection that hasn’t improved with previous efforts or therapy.
In her work with couples, Irene addresses a range of concerns including high-conflict communication, personality-driven patterns, betrayal trauma, intimacy and sexual concerns, and relationships at a crossroads. She also works with ethically non-monogamous (ENM), polyamorous, and kink-affirming relationships, providing an informed and nonjudgmental space to navigate these dynamics.
Irene offers individual therapy for clients whose personal patterns, emotional regulation, or past experiences are impacting their relationships and overall well-being. She works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality-related challenges, helping clients better understand and shift patterns that contribute to distress.
