Jack is trained in EMDR, DBT, and Biofeedback with a strong focus on Trauma and treatment resistant depression and anxiety. Having completed his intensive training of all three seminars of the Gottman method for couples, Jack fully integrates his training with his person-centered approach to helping couples find their best in self and their partner. Couples often find healing and support in each other that builds their relationship and prepares them for a more fulfilling, happy and healthy life. In the beginning, some couples may feel they are at the point of no return. But, they often find it is never too late to begin again.
