Hi, I’m Jaimee. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and human — not clinical or cold. With over 15 years of mental health experience, I assist individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns. I offer in-person and virtual appointments. Together, we gently explore what’s underneath and build tools that help you feel more grounded, regulated, and empowered. My own experiences with mental health and ADHD have given me a unique perspective and empathy, inspiring me to support others on their journey. I am a certified ADHD specialist. I also focus on depression, anxiety, and trauma.
