I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, now based in North Carolina, offering telehealth counseling for California residents and life-coaching services nationwide. My passion is to walk alongside individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and help them move toward clarity, peace, and meaningful connection.

I integrate evidence-based counseling, including Gottman Method principles, with a warm and structured approach that helps you not only understand your struggles, but actually change them. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you stuck and replace them with healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and relating.

I often remind clients that emotions are wonderful companions, but they make poor leaders. Rather than being driven by emotional reactions, I help you understand what your emotions are telling you—so you can respond with intention, wisdom, and strength. Using tools like the Gottman assessment, the Sound Relationship House, and practical communication strategies, I guide couples in rebuilding trust, turning conflict into collaboration, and strengthening friendship and intimacy.

My work draws from CBT, neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that honors Christian values and supports both emotional and spiritual growth.
