I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (CA) and mental-health professional based in North Carolina, offering telehealth counseling for California residents and life-coaching services nationwide. My practice blends Gottman Method principles, evidence-based counseling, and a warm, structured approach that helps individuals and couples break unhealthy patterns and build lasting connection.
