I am a Certified Gottman Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 10 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families—especially those connected to the military. I specialize in working with service members, veterans, and their loved ones as they navigate the unique challenges of military life, including deployments, reintegration, trauma, and the emotional toll of service. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in research. I focus on helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection using the evidence-based Gottman Method.

Whether you’re dealing with recurring conflict, distance in your relationship, or the aftermath of betrayal or trauma, I offer a safe space to work through it together. I also provide intensive “marathon therapy” sessions for couples who want to make significant progress in a short amount of time.
