About

Feeling stuck, disconnected, and lonely in your most important relationship is tough. Relationship problems and conflict are opportunities for growth and closer connection. The goal is not to fight but to learn to fight better. Problems in a relationship serve a purpose, and it is how you manage these conflict issues in your marriage or relationship. You deserve to be in a relationship you feel good about. You want to be closer to your partner, learn to fight better with less tension, and feel heard and respected in your communication. I help couples create the love they want and have healthy relationships.

As a relationship therapist, I go beyond just talking about your problems by exploring your relational patterns, emotional reactivity, and stuck communication patterns that keep you disconnected. I am currently a candidate in the certification program to become a Certified Gottman Therapist.

Affair Recovery:
Wondering if your relationship will survive the aftermath of an affair and unsure what the next step is to heal and repair your relationship? I specialize in affairs/infidelity using the Gottman Method to support both partners through healing, repair, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting your relationship.

Intensive Couples Therapy or “Gottman Marathon Couples Therapy”:
Offering 2 & 3-day intensive weekend therapy packages for couples in Minnesota and Wisconsin. An intensive offers dedicated time to deeply dive into your relationship about challenges and struggles that cannot happen within a traditional weekly sessions. Effective interventions for change include therapeutic support by practicing new opportunities for connection, learning to communicate through understanding and empathy, and working through conflict in ways that you can both hear each other in a calming environment.

Workshops:
I am a Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Trained Leader and offer the workshop several times a year both in person and online.
