About

Many couples reach out when trust has been broken, communication feels strained, or the same painful arguments keep repeating. Some are unsure whether their relationship can be repaired. Others feel caught between wanting change and wondering if it's too late.

Over time, partners may begin to feel distant, discouraged, or unsure how to reconnect with the person they once felt closest to.

My work with couples is grounded in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. I also integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to deepen emotional understanding and support more secure attachment.

Together, we slow down the cycles that keep couples feeling stuck. We look beneath the surface of conflict, understand the patterns creating distance, and begin building new ways of responding with greater clarity, care, and emotional safety.

Many of the couples I work with are healing from relationship injuries such as infidelity, secrecy, or betrayal and are looking for a path toward repair, trust, and a more intentional future.

I work with couples navigating relationship distress, infidelity recovery, emotional disconnection, premarital concerns, and major life transitions. If you’re uncertain about the future of your relationship, I also offer Discernment Counseling, a short-term, structured process designed to help couples gain clarity about next steps. For couples seeking more focused support, I offer Two-Day Couples Intensives designed to create meaningful progress in a concentrated period of time.

The couples who tend to benefit most from this work are those willing to look honestly at their patterns, take responsibility for their part in the relationship dynamic, and remain curious about how change can happen.

In addition to couples therapy, I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
