About
My work with couples is grounded in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that provides clear, practical tools for building stronger relationships. I also integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support deeper emotional connection and security, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices when helpful.
I believe therapy is not about fixing people, but about creating a place where partners can slow down, listen differently, and better understand each other. My role is to guide you in recognizing unhelpful patterns, strengthening your friendship, and developing the skills that sustain love and intimacy over time.
In addition to couples therapy, I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach combines warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based methods to help clients move toward stability, connection, and hope.”
