About
You may look like you have it all together from the outside—successful careers and a full life — but inside your relationship, things feel different. Conversations turn into tension or silence. The connection that once felt easy now feels distant. You’ve likely tried to work through it on your own, but something still isn’t shifting.
This is where many of the couples I work with find themselves—thoughtful, capable people used to solving problems in other areas of life but feeling stuck in their relationship.
I’m the owner of Pathways Counseling NWA, a group practice based in Rogers, AR, where I specialize in helping couples move out of these patterns and into a more connected, intentional relationship.
My work is grounded in the research-based Gottman Method, developed by Drs. John & Julie Gottman. I help couples improve communication, reduce conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection—whether they are feeling disconnected or working to repair after betrayal.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent over 25 years in corporate leadership, working with individuals under significant pressure. That experience helps me understand the demands high-performing individuals and couples face—and how those pressures can quietly impact a relationship over time.
In our work together, I provide both a supportive space and a structured path forward. We don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we identify patterns keeping you stuck and actively work toward a better way of relating.
For couples who want to move more quickly and deeply, I offer focused multi-day intensives and small-group workshops (4–8 couples) based on Dr. John Gottman's book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.
I believe relationships can be rebuilt, strengthened, and made more fulfilling—with the right insight, tools, and intentional effort. If you’re ready to take the next step, we can usually get started right away—so you don’t have to wait to begin moving forward.
