I am Owner of Concentric Counseling & Consulting, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) & National Certified Counselor (NCC) with 20 years in the mental health industry providing counseling and therapy to individual adults, young adults, and couples who are experiencing barriers to personal, relational growth and fulfillment.

I want to first share why I chose the 'Concentric' name and how it applies to my work with couples. Concentric circles all share the same center. As individuals we stand in the innermost circle of a concentric circle, yet, we do not exist completely in isolation. Throughout our life, we co-exist in other relationships represented by the outer concentric circles. Some of the most significant relationships in our lives include our partner, spouse, family of origin and family of choice.

Viewing ourselves and learning how to better understand ourselves as individuals and as a couple through the lens of concentric circles can be useful. I recognize at the center or core, people share similar feelings and experiences. We can all relate to feeling down, anxious, stuck, frustrated, or lonely. We all want to be connected, understood, and loved. My role is to help you as a couple to be connected, understood, and loved. My training in The Gottman Method will help with these hopes.

I understand it takes time to trust and open up. I am patient and non-judgmental in our relationship along the course of our work together.
I am relational and use a warm, strengths-based & challenging approach.

My Top 3 Specialities: 1) Relationship Issues, General & More Complex Romantic and Intimacy Difficulties (e.g. Addiction, Affairs) 2) Anxiety Disorders, Life Stressors, Work & Life Balance 3) Varying Degrees of Trauma and Family-of-Origin Issues.

As a therapist, both my rich and varied life experiences bring great value in my approach. I genuinely want you and your loved ones to feel better. April 2018, I will take Level 3 training.
