I am most passionate about working with couples and individual adults who want to improve, strengthen and grow their relationship. I appreciate the intricacy of human connections and the continuous effort required to nurture them. Even the most well-intentioned individuals can struggle in their relationships. Oftentimes, couples bring in difficulties from the past, or stressors outside of the partnership create further complications and it can be helpful to navigate these with a trained therapist.

Working with couples can be challenging and requires the therapist to be skilled in managing complex emotions and various relationship dynamics. My own experiences with relationships and in therapy have allowed me to provide a more genuine and compassionate therapeutic experience, which ultimately strengthens my commitment to this meaningful work.
