As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a counselor. My family likes to joke that I had always been the one with the 5 cent advice stand before I finally went to pursue my dream as a therapist. I am passionate about helping you work through difficult times. Healing from current and past hurts is a journey, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental place to begin the healing process.
I work with a wide range of emotional difficulties in a comfortable, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere. In addition to the Gottman method, I utilize mindfulness-based approaches to help couples become more present, communicate more effectively, and enhance feelings of connection. Healing with your partner is a beautiful and powerful thing, and I see it as an honor to share your journey as you work toward your goals together.
