About
I am passionate about helping couples, and families better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build healthier ways of coping and communicating. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, exhausted, or simply longing for change, I aim to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement as you move toward healing and lasting growth.
Couples often come to counseling feeling exhausted by the same painful conversations, misunderstandings, or cycles of conflict that seem impossible to escape. Over time, it can begin to feel like you and your partner are speaking different languages—wanting closeness and understanding, but instead feeling hurt, defensive, disconnected, or alone. Using the Gottman Method, I help couples slow these patterns down and better understand what is happening underneath the arguments, tension, or distance. Together, we work on improving communication, rebuilding trust, healing emotional wounds, and creating healthier ways to navigate conflict without tearing each other apart in the process. My goal is not to “take sides,” but to help both partners feel heard, understood, and supported while strengthening the connection that brought them together in the first place.
