About
I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns, with a special interest in supporting couples, older adults, military families, and those facing serious or life-limiting illnesses. I approach therapy from a systemic perspective, recognizing how relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences shape emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. With Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I incorporate evidence-based strategies to help couples strengthen their connection and create lasting change.
