About

I completed my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at LaSalle University located in Philadelphia, PA in 2013. I began my career working in a residential treatment facility, providing intensive family therapy for families with high mental health needs due to histories of trauma and abuse. After my work in residential treatment, I spent a short period of time working in community behavioral health, but have since settled in to private practice as I strive to raise a family of my own. I've been married for 13 years and I'm a mother of 3.
My approach is grounded in family systems theory and informed by specialized training in trauma focused treatment. I have recently completed Level 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and plan to pursue a certification. I work collaborative with clients to help them navigate relationships challenges, heal from past experiences, strengthen communication and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are facing personal struggles, family conflict, or difficulties in your relationship, I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate, environment where growth and healing can occur.
I find my personal life has been just as, if not more, educational in my therapeutic work to support my clients with developing fulfilling, healthy and connected relationships.
