I work with adults and couples who are ready to move beyond old patterns, strengthen their relationships, and create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. As a Gottman-trained therapist, I use evidence-based strategies to help couples improve communication, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional connection. I also work with individuals on relationship patterns, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

A key part of my work involves building interoceptive awareness—helping clients tune into internal body signals such as tension, breath, and emotional cues—so they can better understand and regulate their emotions rather than feeling overwhelmed by them.

Together, we focus on developing practical skills for emotion regulation, stress management, and creating healthier, more secure relationships.
