About

I specialize in working with neurodivergent couples, including relationships where one or both partners are autistic or have ADHD. Many of the couples I work with have spent years believing they're "bad at communication" when, in reality, they're navigating differences in communication styles, sensory needs, emotional processing, executive functioning, or nervous system regulation. My approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and focused on helping both partners better understand themselves and each other.

Using the Gottman Method alongside evidence-based approaches, I help couples improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, strengthen friendship, and deepen emotional intimacy. Rather than focusing on who is "right," we'll work together to understand what's happening beneath recurring conflicts and develop practical strategies that support both partners.

I also work with neurotypical couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, reconnect after a difficult season, navigate parenting or life transitions, recover from betrayal, or improve emotional and physical intimacy. My goal is to create a space where both partners feel heard, respected, and equipped with tools they can use long after therapy ends.

Clients describe my style as warm, direct, collaborative, and practical. I believe healthy relationships don't require perfect communication—they require curiosity, emotional safety, and a willingness to understand one another's experience. Whether you're hoping to strengthen an already healthy relationship or repair one that's been struggling, I'm committed to helping you build a relationship that feels more connected, resilient, and authentic.
