I help couples to foster a relationship based on interdependence, mutual respect, and love. My purpose is to help partners build a deep understanding of each other, nurture emotional intimacy, and build a friendship that thrives on trust and shared growth and dreams.
Couple counseling with me will help you build on your strengths and change weak areas into growth experiences. Building a loving and lasting partnership is within your reach with effort and using new skills.
I use relationship assessment tools to identify key relationship difficulties. I teach couples the art and science of love based on research. I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe in the power of love and how it can be expressed daily with each other.
Couples will learn ways to show they care for each other in how they talk, listen, and act. I help couples transform emotional distance and loneliness into meaningful connection.
I counsel couples in a variety of couple relationships—partners struggling in a marriage/ long term relationship, partners considering a marriage/long term relationship, couples with blended families, and cohabitating couples I provide couples ways to overcome problems with verbal abuse, infidelity, chronic conflicts, a separation, or substance use.
