As a trained relationship therapist, I guide individuals and couples to manage conflict, recover from hurt, betrayal and resentments while growing in a positive manner and in their relationships.
In my work, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for individuals and couples to explore and develop who they are and what they want out of life. I utilize Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to assist my clients in meeting their goals. I partner with my clients to identify and resolve both internal and external conflicts, to build and sustain friendships, connections, manage conflicts, and create shared meaning.
