About

I offer psychotherapy and support for late adolescents, adults, and couples with a focus on relationship, communication, and developmental struggles. As we move through life, we are challenged not only buy our relationships with others, but also our relationship with ourselves. My approach is based in training and experience in the Gottman Method, Cognitive behavioral, existential/humanistic, and Gestalt approaches.

When working with couples, my goal is to help clients develop a new relationship culture that is based on empathy, validation, and understanding. We will work to process past events while developing a new framework for moving forward towards a satisfying and fulfilling relationship for both partners.

Beyond the application of theory and technique, the relationship I cultivate with my clients is of utmost value.
