About

Hi there. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in sex therapy and evidence-based treatment for individuals and couples. In addition to using the Gottman Method, I draw from advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed approaches such as Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

As a native speaker of both Spanish and English, I provide culturally attuned care to a diverse range of couples navigating issues like intimacy concerns, sexual dysfunction, relationship distress, and the impact of trauma on connection and desire. I take an integrative, affirming, and direct approach to therapy, supporting couples in building emotional safety, deepening sexual satisfaction, and fostering more authentic connection. I also specialize in working with couples who are exploring new relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy.

I also work with parents to strengthen communication and improve behavioral dynamics within the family. I use parent management strategies grounded in empirically supported treatments to help caregivers reduce conflict, respond more effectively to challenges, and support their child’s emotional and behavioral growth. My goal is always to provide practical, collaborative support that fosters healthier and more connected relationships.
