Comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) a research based treatment created by Dr. Marsha Linehan out of the University of Washington for the treatment of borderline personality disorder; DBT has been proven to also be effective in treating symptoms and behaviors associated with depression, anxiety, ptsd, sexual assault, bulimia, gambling, dissociation, relapse prevention, multiple psychiatric hospitalizations due to self-injury and suicidal communication. Services provided in group and individual therapy weekly.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am proud to have training in Gottman Couples Therapy, my experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), I bring research based strategies that are proven to be effective in getting clients closer to building a life they are happy waking up to each day.

As a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), I am currently in the process of certification as a Sex Therapist to work with sexual concerns, including, but not limited to sexual function and dysfunction; sexual pleasure; sexual variation; sexuality and disability; sexual development across the lifespan; sexual abuse, assault, and coercion; and sexuality across cultures, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender issues.

Also trained and a member of World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH), which provides ethical standards of care for Transgender and Nonbinary individuals.
