I believe relationships are the most vital human connection we have, and also extremely complex. My work blends warmth, curiosity, and over 20 years of experience helping couples navigate stuck points, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy.

Using the Gottman Method’s research-based assessment, I collaborate with both partners to clarify values, set shared goals, and create a tailored roadmap for change. Our work may focus on appreciation, communication skills, emotional regulation, intimacy, or navigating challenges such as infidelity, PTSD, or substance use.

I know change can feel uncomfortable, but the rewards ripple through every part of life. I work with all couples, across diverse lifestyles and values, with respect for each partner’s autonomy. My goal is to help you feel seen, chosen, and safe, while building a relationship you both want to be in.
