I use a person-centered and integrated approach specialized to your unique needs. I partner with you through the therapeutic process, be your guide, mirror and encouragement. I see individual adults and I see couples. For couples I practice Gottman Method Therapy where we amplify positive interactions in your relationship, learn about more effective communication tools during conflict and learn how to have more positive engagements during a conflict.
For individuals I specialize in exposure based therapy methods to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
