I practice Gottman Method Couples Therapy at Level 3 with couples who look solid from the outside and are privately stuck — high conflict, betrayal, emotional distance, or the quiet question of whether to stay.

Gottman Method gives us a clear map: what is eroding trust, how the Four Horsemen show up in the room, and what rebuilds friendship, managed conflict, and shared meaning. I am also a Certified Seven Principles Leader and have completed Gottman training in Treating Trauma and Affairs, so affair recovery and post-trauma couple work are part of how I practice — not an add-on.

I work with partners in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and across Florida by telehealth (also Ontario). Many are executives, physicians, attorneys, founders, and their spouses. The work is structured, research-based, and direct. Warm does not mean passive.

In addition to weekly couples sessions, I offer intensive formats when the relationship needs concentrated repair. Private pay only.
